2User Eligibility

To register and use r8777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. r8777 will verify eligibility as part of the KYC process. Failure to meet any requirement may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Minimum Age — You must be at least 21 years of age. r8777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documentation will be requested during KYC review. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Jurisdiction — You must be accessing r8777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of r8777 is legal in your jurisdiction. r8777 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• One Account — Each individual person may hold only one r8777 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without recourse.
• Identity Accuracy — You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at the time of registration and must update it promptly if it changes. Providing false identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3Account Registration and Verification

You may register one account on r8777. The registration process requires you to provide a valid phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. r8777 may also request an email address for secondary verification and account recovery purposes.

• Account Security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r8777 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify r8777 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• KYC Verification — Before processing your first withdrawal, r8777 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposit. KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Account Dormancy — An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. r8777 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳500 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice. Accounts with zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
• Account Closure — You may request account closure at any time by contacting r8777 support. Before closing, any bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the 14-day cooling-off period for responsible gaming self-exclusions.

5Bonuses and Promotions

r8777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements — All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for r8777 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• One Bonus Per Player — Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus Expiry — Bonuses and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. r8777 is not obligated to notify Players of imminent bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.
• Bonus Abuse — r8777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution; or coordinating bonus claiming with other accounts. Determination of bonus abuse is at r8777's sole discretion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on r8777. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one r8777 account, or acting in collusion with another Player to exploit bonuses, odds, or platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any software, security measure, or game algorithm on the r8777 Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. r8777 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction patterns to appropriate authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the r8777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the compilation thereof, is the property of r8777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the r8777 Platform without the prior written consent of r8777. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11Amendments to These Terms

r8777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, r8777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The revised Terms will be published at r8777.app/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 above.
